But wait, there’s a twist – we’ve given it an “R” rating to add that extra dash of uniqueness! It’s like a basic-level class with a wine tasting journey for adventurous wine lovers! By taking this course, we guarantee you will have fun while learning about the fascinating wine world. Doreen will teach you how to pour, pair and cook with wine. You will be able to taste 6-8 “rare” wines and perhaps a few hors d’oeuvres to pair some of them.
Join us to discover the secrets of wine history, production, and the diverse world of grape varieties, all while enjoying tastings of rare and adventurous styles discussed in class. It’s like a beginner-level course with a tasting journey for bold and adventurous wine enthusiasts!
