Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.
Wine tasting is not purely objective.
Studies show that:
- People rate wine higher when the price is higher
- A prestigious region influences perceived quality
- Labels, critics, and national reputation affect taste
BIAS IS NATURAL
The brain encodes pleasure because it is useful for learning which activities to repeat and which ones to avoid, and good decision making requires good measures of the quality of an experience.

ALL CLASS SALES ARE FINAL. You can transfer your spot to someone else (at no cost). Please send us an email with the name of the person attending on your behalf. Classes are subject to cancellation due to government safety measurements, severe weather conditions or low attendance.
