Description
Indulge in the charm and complexity of Beaujolais, a quaint wine region nestled just south of Burgundy. Renowned for its Gamay grape wines spanning across 12 distinctive appellations, Beaujolais captivates wine lovers with its unique wines, festivities and picturesque landscapes. Join us on a journey to uncover the factors influencing the climate, secret behind the soil, grapes permitted, regulations, production techniques, styles of wines and the 10 Cru’s produced in this region of France.
This wine class is part of our advanced education series and it is designed for advanced students, L3 certified and/or pursuing Diploma L4. Class is offered hybrid (live educator) and online (recorded session). We recommend to taste between two and four styles of Beaujolais for this class, although it is not mandatory.
