TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for a Vitis House experience, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms. Travel involves inherent risks, and flexibility is part of the journey.
Travelers should be in good physical condition and able to participate in daily activities, including walking and standing for extended periods. Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.
Final payment is required no later than 90 days prior to departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as Vitis House is not responsible for cancellations, delays, accidents, medical expenses, lost or damaged belongings, or other unforeseen travel-related costs.
All travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports and meeting entry requirements. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the trip without refund.
Accommodations, meals, and experiences are thoughtfully curated to reflect the local culture. While we strive to accommodate preferences, specific room types, views, or dietary needs cannot be guaranteed.
Vitis House reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary when necessary, as well as to cancel a trip or remove a participant if required for the safety, well-being, or overall experience of the group. In the event that Vitis House must cancel or change a trip date, a full refund will be provided.
Vitis House reserves the right to accept or decline any traveler, and to remove a participant at any time if necessary for the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of the group. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Vitis House assumes no responsibility for any injury, illness, or related claims during or after the trip.
We may capture photos and videos during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to the use of your image unless you notify us otherwise in advance.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, strikes, or government restrictions.
A Release of Liability waiver will be required for signature after booking.
