Course Structure
5 days of intensive professional training using WSET methodology
Day 1
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Course introduction and the Systematic Approach to Tasting. Natural and human factors influencing the vineyard and the winery. White wines of Germany, Alsace, Austria, and Tokaj.
Day 2
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
White and red wines of Burgundy, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley, and the South of France.
Day 3
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Spain and Portugal. Northern, Central, and Southern Italy. Greece, New Zealand, and the United States.
Day 4
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Australia, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, Sparkling and Fortified Wines.
Day 5
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum age: 21+ years old
- WSET Level 2 certification suggested
- Valid ID for the day of the exam

Format:
2 wines -
Theory exam
2 hours
Format:
50 multiple-choice questions and essay questions.
You must score at least 55 % in each part to pass overall.
