There’s never been a more exciting time to immerse yourself in the taste of Scotland. The Whisky Ambassador program is perfect for any Whisky lover or profesional in the industry. This certification will help you to engage with friends, colleagues and clients about whisky, giving them a better experience and encouraging them to enhance their knowledge and love of whisky.

– Practical and written exams
The tasting will be provided by Glass Revolutions Imports. The programme is accredited by BIIAB, the UK’s leading provider of qualifications for the licensed trade.
To become an accredited Whisky Ambassador you must attend the programme and successfully complete the written and practical exams. You can then display the prestigious Whisky Ambassador certificate and wear your Whisky Ambassador badge with pride.

Course Structure
One day of class, from 9:30am – 4:30pm
Test will be at the end of the class. To become an accredited Whisky Ambassador you must attend the full day of the program and successfully complete the written and practical exam.

Entry Requirements
There are no requirements for this qualification, but the student must be of legal drinking age in order to participate in the wine tasting. About 8 Whiskies are tasted during the course. Tasting will be provided by Glass Revolutions Imports.
Price includes the class, study guide, tasting by Glass Revolution Imports, tuition, printed materials, exam, certificate and lapel pin (if you pass the examination).
We provide students with ISO glasses (spirits) to use during class. Lunch is also included.
Certification
The program is offered in person. After class, each student will take a test. The test consists of 30 multiple choice questions and the student will need at least 70% to pass the exam. Re-sit available per request for $125.00
Whiskey Program Cancellations/Refunds
Students will receive a full refund 30 days before the day of the course. We will charge $99 processing fee. Making changes to your WAP reservation within 21 days of the day of the course will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the course. Unfortunately, no transfers or refunds are allowed less than 21 days prior the first day of the course. If you want to be transferred to another course, you must submit a request 21 or more days prior the course date and pay for the fee.
