WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines is a highly respected qualification, perfect for individuals seeking to delve deeper into the world of wines, this qualification provides a detailed understanding of grape growing and wine making.

The price includes the WSET® Level 3 Study Pack, tuition, printed materials, exam (on day five), certificate and lapel pin (if you pass the examination). Sarah Malik will assist you to develop your analytic tasting abilities through a carefully selected series of 40+ wine samples.

All sales are final after registration is completed and we have sent the materials. Please note this course can be postponed (rescheduled) 30-45 days prior the date if minimum registrations are not achieved. Please keep this in mind If you are coming from out state and need to make travel arrangements.

Upon completion you will be able to assess wines accurately, and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin, and will be able to use the associated WSET® certified logo.

The price includes the WSET® Level 3 Study Pack, tuition, printed materials, exam, certificate and lapel pin (if you pass the examination). Our superb educators will assist you to develop your analytic tasting abilities through a carefully selected series of 40+ wine samples.

If you decide to divide your payments in two, please register using the “deposit” option and 30 days before the day of the course, pay the remaining amount using the “balance” option.  Please keep in mind you have to pay your full amount 30 days prior de course and the first deposit is non-refundable.

For all WSET®️ qualifications, we use RIEDEL tasting glasses. To register on this course it is recommended that you hold the WSET®️ Level 2 Award in Wines or can demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge.

This is a four day course with a 3 hour exam on day five (in the morning).  We offer re-sit exams every 3 months. Please note this course can be postponed (rescheduled) 30 days prior the date if minimum registrations are not achieved.  Please plan ahead if you are coming from out of town.

What you’ll learn:

You will learn the key factors in the production of wine: location, grape growing, winemaking, maturation and bottling.  You will understand how these key factors influence the key characteristics of the principal still, sparkling and fortified wines of the world. Using the WSET® Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT).

Course Structure:

Four full days of class and exam (3 hours) on day five at 9:00am.

Entry Requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age to attend the course and to participate in any alcohol tasting. It is strongly recommended that you hold the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits, CMS Level 2, or can demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge prior to registering.

Certification:

At the end of the course there is an exam that consists of 2 wines, a 50 question multiple choice paper and a 4 question short answer exam. A minimum mark of 55% in each part is required to achieve a pass. All students who pass will be issued with a certificate and will receive a lapel pin.

For WSET L1, L2 and L3 Online Students: no changes or cancellations are allowed after registration is completed.
